Copen Grand EC

Copen Grand EC will be a new executive condominium (EC) that launches for sale in October 2022 in the north-west of Singapore. It will be the very first executive condominium to launch in Tengah town, the eagerly awaited new “forest town”, a car free, first smart and sustainable town.

It will also be the only executive condo close to an MRT station in recent years. In fact, three stations (Tengah MRT station, Hong Kah MRT station and Tengah Plantation MRT station) of the Jurong Region Line are within walking distance from Copen Grand EC.
